People and development consultancy, Coachmatch, today announces that it is rebranding with a new name, visual identity, website and purpose. On 19th November Coachmatch will become Wondrous.
Coachmatch was launched in 2007, establishing itself as a market leading consultancy providing many of the world’s premier organisations with access to best in class executive coaches, consultants and facilitators.
As Wondrous the company will exist to ensure that the world’s organisations and every person within can be Wondrous. Solutions will help clients solve critical business challenges and achieve market-leading performance through the only asset which is unique to them; their people and culture.
The rebrand sees a number of people changes at the helm including the promotion of Remi Baker to Managing Director, and the appointment of Martyn Dawes as Chairman. Co-Founders Trudi Ryan and Angela Rutterford-Adams remain majority Shareholders and Board Members.
Commenting on the re-brand Managing Director Remi Baker says: “This is an incredibly exciting chapter for us. For some time the name Coachmatch has only described one part of what we do. There is so much more to us, and so much more to come. We are increasingly brought in by our clients to help them solve some of their most significant organisational challenges and they tell us that we do this with insight, intelligence and a little bit of ‘magic’. Whilst coaching will remain an important part of our offer, our new future-proofed brand will allow us to be even more of who we already are. Now we are Wondrous, officially”
Wondrous will be at HR Vision London on 21st and 22nd November, Stand 19.
On 22nd November, Wondrous Head of Product, Dorrie Dowling will be hosting a breakfast roundtable at the event – How to develop the most important skill you and your leaders will ever learn – alongside Lloyds Banking Group, Senior Manager, Leadership Development, Sharon Hutchinson.
About Wondrous: Wondrous exists so that every organisation and person within can be Wondrous. The team is dedicated to igniting people through deep insights, intelligent solutions and a little bit of magic, delivering considered brilliance that transforms organisations.
